National Aluminium Products Company SAOG (NAPCO), one of the leading extruders of aluminium profiles in the GCC, revealed that it provided key support for the recently concluded SAI and Times of Oman Essay Writing and Poster Making Competition. This year’s edition, which was held under the theme ‘Spreading the light through human values,’ saw the participation of students coming from private schools, Omani government schools, international schools and special education schools in Muscat Governorate.
NAPCO’s show of support for the event reflects its continuing commitment towards reaching out to the local community and helping in its development and growth.
The competition held its award presentation ceremony recently at the Indian School Al Ghubra. Siddiqa Abdulmajeed Abdullah Al Lawati, Director, International Schools’ Office, Oman Ministry of Education served as the guest of honor for the event, which was also hosted in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
“We congratulate SAI and Times of Oman for a successful 12th edition of its annual Essay Writing and Poster Making Competition, which has greatly contributed in the development of young students and has also played a key role in increasing awareness of key issues and challenges in society today. NAPCO fully supports these initiatives and programs as it allows us to give back to the community—giving us the opportunity to reinforce ties with community members and helping them drive in growth, progress and development to Oman,” concluded Robert Holtkamp, CEO, NAPCO.
