NAPCO operates two advanced powder coating plants:

• Horizontal Powder Coating Line — ERCON, UK
• Vertical Powder Coating Line — Trasmetal, Italy

The vertical line accommodates profile lengths of up to 8 metres. The coating process begins with a comprehensive nine-stage chemical pre-treatment system utilizing environmentally friendly chrome-free technology to ensure maximum adhesion and long-term durability.

The powder is electrostatically applied using advanced PLC-controlled equipment supplied by Nordson, USA, followed by curing in infrared and convection ovens to produce a highly durable decorative finish.
