Training Session on Firefighting

18th May 2025

With our unwavering belief in the importance of safety in the work environment, NAPCO organized a training session for its employees on firefighting, under the supervision of trainer Ali Al-Ghafri. Through this session , participants were provided with knowledge about the different types of fires, how it spread, and their causes. They were also taught the ideal procedures for safe and rapid evacuation in emergencies to ensure everyone’s safety, in addition to raising their awareness of the importance of fire prevention and qualifying them to provide effective first aid in fire situations.

We believe that this course is an investment in the safety of our employees and enhances their culture of awareness of the importance of safety in all aspects of work, to ensure a safe and stable work environment for everyone.

Training Course “Employee Policies and Procedures”

National Aluminum Products Company was honored to have an  honorable trainer / Naji Ahmed Al-Sulaimani. He presented a valuable training course for employees entitled “Employee Policies and Procedures”, which was like an exciting exploratory journey into the world of successful leadership. The course included the basics of effective leadership and the most important strategies followed to lead the team towards achieving the best results, and the course was not limited to the theoretical aspect only, but it was interspersed with realistic examples and practical applications. This enriched the employees’ knowledge and enhanced their leadership skills.
