The National Aluminum Products Company (NAPCO) had the honor of hosting His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Ramadan Al Balushi today, a member of the Shura Council representing the Wilayat of Al Amerat and the Vice Chairman of the Media and Tourism Committee. During the visit, a comprehensive visual presentation about the company was delivered, followed by discussions on ways to support NAPCO in enhancing its presence in the local market and expanding its product offerings, in alignment with the industrial development objectives of the Sultanate.

In a Ramadan atmosphere filled with love and brotherhood, the members of the Board of Directors and the executive management of the National Aluminum Products Company gathered with their employees, hosted by a group of representatives from government agencies and private institutions, for the annual Iftar gathering of 2025. The values of friendship and communication were embodied in this evening, and human and social bonds were strengthened.
Moments of intimacy illuminated the gathering, ensuring that Ramadan remains a symbol of love and unity.

On February 19, 2025, the National Aluminum Products Company (NAPCO) organized an exceptional event that brought together the executive management and all of its esteemed employees, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and optimism for a brighter future.
The event opened with an inspiring speech delivered by the CEO, Engineer Ali bin Rashid Al Shamsi, who praised the outstanding efforts of the employees over the past years, commending their determination and dedication in overcoming challenges. He also highlighted the remarkable achievements the company has recently made, emphasizing that its success would not have been possible without teamwork and the strong will of the NAPCO team.
In his speech, the CEO stressed the importance of continuing to work with passion and commitment, adopting a methodology focused on adding real value to the company and enhancing operational efficiency in ways that contribute to achieving sustainability. He also reaffirmed that employee safety is the company’s top priority, pointing out that a safe work environment is the foundation for achieving the desired goals.
Following this, each department manager presented a detailed report highlighting the major challenges faced by their departments, as well as the successes achieved thanks to the efforts of the employees. These presentations reflected the dedication and creativity that distinguish the NAPCO teams.
The event concluded with an interactive discussion session, providing an opportunity for employees to ask questions and share their insights with the executive management, fostering a spirit of cooperation and belonging among everyone. The event served as a strong boost for the year 2025, motivating everyone to work diligently, overcome challenges with passion, and move forward toward a promising and prosperous future.

In the context of our commitment to social responsibility, the National Aluminum Products Company visited the headquarters of the Ihsan Association, which aims to provide free transport services for patients to and from all regions of the Sultanate, in addition to offering medical supplies at low prices. Napco contributed by providing fuel cards for ambulances to facilitate the transportation of patients, especially the elderly and those with disabilities, which helps improve the level of healthcare and better meet the needs of the community.

The Oman Manufactures Association held its annual general assembly meeting for 2025 today at the National Aluminum Products Company (NAPCO). Eng. Ali bin Rashid Al Shamsi, the CEO of NAPCO, opened the meeting with an introductory overview of the company. This was followed by the official opening of the meeting by Dr. Hilal bin Abdullah Al-Hinai, the Chairman of the Association, who reviewed the administrative report of the Board of Directors for 2024, discussed the balance sheet, and provided an overview of the Sector Skills Unit for Industry. The meeting concluded with a discussion of the key challenges facing the industrial sector.

As part of Madayn’s ongoing efforts to enhance local content and support the industrial sector, the National Aluminium Products Company (NAPCO) & Oman Aluminium Cast Company signed an agreement at Knowledge Oasis Muscat, under the auspices of Eng. Dawood Al Hadabi, CEO of Madayn.
Under this agreement, Oman Aluminium Cast will supply NAPCO with a developed raw material that successfully passed all qualification tests, emphasising key collaboration between Omani companies to boost the national economy.
Eng. Abdullah Al Mayasi, DG of Suhar Industrial City, said the agreement reflects both companies’ commitment to integration and supports Oman Vision 2040 by emphasising on the significant role of local products and content to enhance the national economy.
This agreement comes in line with the efforts undertaken by the integrated Aluminium Economic Cluster team in Suhar Industrial City, aimed at enhancing Oman’s position as a global aluminium hub by attracting new investments and partnerships, and developing new manufacturing industries.
