NAPCO has one anodizing line , using a sulphuric acid process with an electro colouring facility from SAS, UK and Metachem, Germany. Anodic film thickness up to a maximum of 25 microns or according to customers specifications. We have a fully fledged analytical laboratory to analyze the bath concentration to control the process parameters for stringent quality requirements.
