The aluminium life cycle is one of the most sustainable in the metals industry, as aluminium can be recycled repeatedly without losing its properties. At NAPCO Oman, the lifecycle typically includes the following stages:
NAPCO sources aluminium billets from certified suppliers who follow responsible mining and refining practices. This ensures compliance with environmental and ethical standards.
Billets are heated and extruded through custom-designed dies to form aluminium profiles. This process is energy-efficient and allows for minimal material waste.
Profiles undergo processes such as anodizing, powder coating, or polishing to enhance durability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal.
Extruded profiles are further processed (cutting, drilling, machining) to meet project specifications before delivery to customers.
NAPCO’s aluminium products are used in construction and industrial applications, where their long lifespan and low maintenance requirements contribute to sustainability.
At the end of their service life, aluminium products can be fully recycled. Recycling aluminium uses up to 95% less energy compared to primary production, significantly reducing environmental impact
